We recommend you fill out a form submission on our contact us page to be added to our email list. Please indicate the style of dance you are interested and preferred class times.

Adult Program

The Adult Program carters to all levels of dancers from beginner to professional. The goal of the program is to give adults another outlet to stay in shape with flexibility that accommodates the busy life of adults. Our instructors come to the classroom with years of experience to make any student, no matter level, feel comfortable and challenged.


At our Buckhead location, we offer classes through our Evening at Emory program as well as classes sponsored by The Studio Atlanta Dance. Our Vinings location houses most of our adult classes, which cover several styles of dance.

If you do not see a class that you are interested in please do not hesitate to contact us. We are willing to start a class as long as we have the minimum enrollment of 5 students.
Buckhead

Class Descriptions

Ballet
Whether you want to-fulfilling that life long dream, continue your education, or are a professional wanting to polish your technique, Ballet is for you. Ballet, done correctly can reshape the whole body, strengthen your weakness, benefit your strengths, facilitates superior coordination, stimulated the brain, while embrace the human need for movement. This class focuses on form and function, with an emphases on movement. Ballet is dance, dance is movement, movement is human. All humans have the ability for movement.

Cardio Funk
Cardio Funk is an energetic, upbeat aerobic class that is sure to get your body moving. This class will incorporate some Jazz and Hip-Hop movement to get a total body work out.

Pilates

Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance and coordination in the legs, abdominal, arms and back.

Tap
Tap is surpassed for developing a sense of rhythm, timing and coordination. And it's great leg and fanny shaper too.

Yoga

This course can help keep you fit and supple at any age.  It’s an excellent counterpart to your other physical activities and by improving your flexibility, helps minimize the chance of injury. Yoga encourages you to reflect on yourself and to find your inner peace. It exercises not just your body but your mind as well. With a healthy body and mind, you're on your way to a more fulfilling life. 

Zumba
Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba
